Most single requests are delivered within a few business days. Larger projects are broken into smaller deliverables and shipped every couple of days so you always see steady progress.

How does onboarding work?

After you subscribe, we set up your board and a shared channel, usually within a couple of hours. You add your requests, we start on the top one, and you're shipping the same week.

Who is actually writing the code?

Senior full-stack engineers with years of production experience. You work with the same people the whole time, so context is never lost between requests.

What tech stacks do you work with?

Modern web and mobile: TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node, React Native, Postgres, and the usual cloud suspects. If you're already on a stack, we adapt to it rather than forcing a rewrite.

Is there a limit on requests?

Add as many as you like. We work through them one at a time (or two at a time on Pro), so nothing gets dropped and quality stays high.

How does pausing work?

Billing runs in 31-day cycles. If you pause partway through, the unused days are saved and applied whenever you resume, so you never lose time you paid for.

What if I only have one project?

That's fine. Subscribe, get it built, then pause or cancel. Many members come back the next time they have work rather than hiring for a one-off.

Do I own the code?

Yes. Once your cycle is paid, the code we write for you is assigned to you, and the repos, infrastructure, and credentials are handed over. There's no lock-in and nothing tying you to us once the work is delivered. The ownership terms are set out in Section 10 of our Terms of Service.

What isn't included?

Deep native game engines, hardware firmware, and long-term 24/7 on-call ops sit outside the subscription. If you're unsure, ask on the intro call and we'll tell you honestly.

Is it really month-to-month?

Yes. No contracts and no minimum term. Stay for a week or a year; you can pause or cancel from your dashboard at any time.
